A 30-year-old woman suffered a heart attack Sunday while running the San Francisco Rock n' Roll half Marathon, authorities said. Paramedics responded about 9:45 a.m. to Marina Boulevard at Laguna Street for a report of a collapsed runner. She was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. full story
